Sean Kelly —owner/operator of Lamperti Contracting and Design began his construction career in 1987 earning his California State Contractors License in 1990. As an entrepreneur, Elite Builders Contracting Services in Marin County was soon established. In 2005, Sean had the opportunity to purchase Lamperti and Associates from Al Lamperti — today the company is known as Lamperti Contracting and Design. It is with great pride of ownership that Sean continues to design and build projects of the highest quality. With professionalism and integrity, Sean has brought the design/build experience to a new level of luxury. Sean is actively involved in every aspect of the business, from client relations, consultation to construction completion. As a family man, Sean is married to Jennifer Kelly, with three children — proudly, his son Michael Kelly is being groomed as the future leader of Lamperti Contracting and Design.
Casey Mazzoni, Associate Designer, has launched her second career in the design/build world at Lamperti Contracting & Design. Casey loves the entire process of making a project become reality. She can visualize from the very beginning what the project will become upon completion. This is a great asset for her clients as it ensures a successful design that is in harmony with the rest of the home, whether it be a remodel or new construction. Casey enjoys taking time to get to know each client to create a design that will best complement each client’s tastes and goals for the overall functionality of their space.
Kylie’s combination of hands-on experience and education qualify her to help create kitchens that work in all facets, including installation, function, and aesthetics. She is known for her personal attentiveness to the needs of her clients and on the choices and options available to them. Her designs are unique and original while always keeping the functionality of the space in mind. As a graduate of Sacramento State, Interior Architecture, she excels at space planning and cabinet design, color consulting, design consultation, product procurement, and project management.

Back in 1965, Al Lamperti launched the very first cabinet showroom in Marin County, California, under the name Kitchen Craft of Marin. This showroom quickly evolved into Lamperti Associates. During this period, Lamperti garnered a stellar reputation for being the county’s go-to destination for cabinetry and remodeling needs. They were known for their top-notch professional design services and high-quality cabinetry.
Fast forward to 2005, Sean Kelly took over the company, which is now called Lamperti Contracting and Design. This design-build firm has become the ultimate choice for luxurious cabinets, design services, and contracting in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco, and beyond.
