Sean Kelly, Owner
Sean Kelly is the owner/operator of Lamperti Contracting & Design. He began his construction career in 1987 and earned his California State Contractors License in 1990. Soon after receiving his License, Sean established Elite Builders Contracting Services in Marin County and maintained a very successful business for more than 15 years.
In 2005, Sean had the opportunity to purchase Lamperti & Associates from Al Lamperti and now the company is known as Lamperti Contracting & Design. Sean upholds his great pride of ownership in Lamperti and continues to build projects of the highest quality with professionalism and integrity. Sean is actively involved in every aspect of the business, from consultation to construction completion. In addition to raising his daughter Morgan, he is also grooming his son Michael to follow in his footsteps in running the business.
Carrie Durham, Showroom Manager & Designer
After practicing Interior Design in Arizona for ten years; Carrie advanced her career by moving to the San Francisco Bay area in 2013. Specializing in residential remodel and high-end custom interiors, Carrie has the experience and formal education (Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design) to realize her client’s vision from conception to implementation.
Carrie strives to exceed expectations by keeping up to date with industry standards, new products and design trends. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail make for a seemingly easy and flawless project experience; however behind the scenes it is her foresight and drive that work’s hard for this success.
Tim Irish, Designer
Drawing on his education and experience as an industrial designer in New York, coupled with 25 years working in home design and renovation, Tim Irish brings a holistic design philosophy to kitchen design. He works with clients to understand how their kitchens will be used and their design preferences with the goal of creating a unique space that is functional with elegant, good design. From planning to purchasing, Tim believes in the importance of collaboration with his clients to get their input so he can present creative, sensible solutions that work.
Tim’s kitchen design projects are diverse in style and scope having spanned a range of styles and client homes including contemporary, mid-century modern, transitional, and colonial. Lamperti’s cabinet lines, from Columbia to Wood-Mode and Bentwood, allow him to create a space that is functional, attractive and within your budget.
Maria Fritz, Designer
Since she completed her first residential project in 2005, Maria has been specializing in residential and light commercial interior design. She gained her experience and expertise through working in several design firms and as an independent designer in alliance with several construction companies in the greater Bay Area. She constantly strives to improve her knowledge about the industry with self-studies, trade shows and attending courses and seminars from accredited organizations.
Maria’s passion for interior design is reflected in the impressive surroundings that she creates.
Juliet LaMariana, Chief Operations Officer
With nearly nine years of operational management experience, Juliet LaMariana joined Lamperti Contracting & Design as Chief Operations Officer in late 2017. Previously, holding post with Boys & Girls Clubs of Petaluma and Marin as the Chief Operations Officer overseeing all programs and services. As a graduate from San Jose State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Art and Design, Juliet developed a keen eye for perfecting details, leadership and organizational management.
In addition to her leadership and marketing responsibilities, Juliet serves as the company’s in-house photographer documenting the progress of each Lamperti quality project by showcasing the superior talents, craftsmanship and quality of our designers, crew and subcontractors. As a business minded professional, Juliet ensures that Lamperti’s business success and objectives are being met from the front of the house to the back of the house – by elevating and streamlining the Lamperti experience.
